This privacy policy explains how FastPass Feedback handles customer submissions, business account data, photos, and messaging activity across the live product.

What We Collect

FastPass Feedback may collect business account information, guest contact details, complaint messages, photo uploads, support notes, message delivery metadata, and usage events when the product is used through fastpassfeedback.com.

We also collect technical data such as timestamps, device/browser metadata, and delivery or webhook status needed to run the service.

How We Use Data

We use this information to deliver guest follow-up, route customer issues to the right business, send transactional messages, generate operational reports, and support account administration.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use customer complaint data for unrelated advertising.

Photos And Messages

Guests may upload photos to help explain a complaint or service issue. Those uploads are stored with the associated case and can be reviewed by authorized business users.

When a guest chooses SMS follow-up, the phone number and message metadata are processed only for customer support and operational alerts.

Retention And Deletion

Complaint messages, notes, and photos are retained for a limited operational period so businesses can resolve cases and maintain records. We may delete or purge records sooner when an account is removed or when a deletion request is valid and complete.

Security

We use role-based access, server-side authentication, and provider controls to protect the system. No online service is perfectly secure, so we recommend businesses limit internal access to authorized staff only.
