These terms describe how the FastPass Feedback site and service are intended to be used while the product is still evolving.

Service Use

FastPass Feedback provides a customer feedback and issue-management platform for businesses. By using the site or submitting a case, you agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and only with accurate information.

Guest Submissions

Guests should not submit abusive, fraudulent, or malicious content. Uploaded photos and messages should relate to the visit, business, or issue being reported.

Businesses are responsible for reviewing and responding to cases through their own dashboard access.

Messaging

If a guest opts into SMS follow-up, FastPass Feedback may send transactional messages related to the submitted case, delivery updates, or support responses. Message frequency varies based on activity.

Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for assistance when supported by the messaging provider.

Accounts And Access

Business accounts are intended for authorized owners, managers, and staff. Credentials should not be shared outside the business.

Availability

We may update, suspend, or change product features as the platform evolves. The service is provided on an as-available basis while the product remains in active development.
